You can find the package numbers in either of two places:

Look on the FactNet Main Screen (the blue screen when you start FactNet). You will find your package# in the bottom right corner.

OR

Look on original FactNet Software CD packaging. The Package number is on the serial# label just above the the serial number. When ordering, use only the last portion of the package#.
